Physiotherapist-guided, wearable-informed exercise improves 6-minute walk distance in patients with type 2 diabetes, including those with diabetic kidney disease: a prospective study.

A prospective study found that physiotherapist-led exercise programs supported by wearable activity monitoring led to meaningful gains in 6-minute walk distance among patients with type 2 diabetes, including the subgroup with diabetic kidney disease.
