Community-Based Resistance Intensive Personal Training (RIPT) Program for Youth with Cerebral Palsy: A Prospective Cohort Pilot Study.

A prospective cohort pilot study evaluated a community-based Resistance Intensive Personal Training (RIPT) program designed for youth with cerebral palsy. The research examined whether this structured resistance training intervention could be feasibly delivered in a community setting for this population.
