A qualitative study examined how children and their parents experienced physical activity on prescription (PAP) delivered through Swedish school health services. Both groups reported that the program served as an entry point to improved physical functioning and greater participation in social and community settings. The findings suggest that school-based PAP initiatives may offer meaningful benefits beyond fitness, supporting children's social inclusion and overall well-being.
